Cancellation Policy |
Cancellation call must be made by 1 hour in advance of your appointment time.

Dropping is available only informed at booking.

In case of being stolen |
Voluntary insurance is available for \400 of each bike.
(When not to using insurance, actual expenses for a bike will be your full responsible.)

In case of broken/removing for an illegal parking |
Any repair fees will be the customers’ responsiblity including flat tires.
Please go to the nearby bicycle shop to repair will be flat tires by yourself.
Another bike will be available as a substitute during the repair period.(\1,000 additional)
\1,000 will be charged for the loss of a key.
Parking in illegal areas is not acceptable.
\4,000 will be charged for the removal bicycles left in illegal parking areas.
(\3,000/insurance is voluntary)
